Daniel H. Moss has practiced law for over forty-five years. He has handled several thousand Family Law matters including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Change of Domicile, Alimony/Spousal Support, and Visitation. Because of his vast trial experience, negotiating skills, and the respect of other attorneys, Daniel is able to amicably resolve most of his clients’ Family Law cases without a trial. Favorable settlements are achieved directly with other lawyers, or through the Mediation process.
Although some clients may come looking for a “hired gun” to antagonize their spouse and play “hardball,” Daniel prefers to deal with other attorneys and their clients as ladies and gentlemen. This helps reduce an already stressful period in clients’ lives. However, in those instances where the opposing attorney or their client insists on abusive conduct or playing outside of the rules, swift and strong legal measures are instituted by Daniel to enforce his client’s rights.
Daniel received a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University. Daniel is a member of the Michigan and Federal Bar Associations and the Family Law section of the State Bar of Michigan. The day after being admitted to the Michigan Bar, Daniel tried his first case.
In addition to his substantial experience in litigating divorce and family law cases, Daniel has tried and won criminal cases, including first degree murder. He has also successfully litigated Personal Injury, Contracts, Real Estate, Business, Probate, and other legal cases. Over the years he has helped recover millions of dollars for his clients, and has represented people throughout the state of Michigan and the United States.
Daniel is a member of the law firm of Joelson Rosenberg, PLC (also known as Joelson, Rosenberg, Moss, Cohen, Warren & Drasnin, PLC), located at 30665 Northwestern Hwy., Suite 200, in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
